My brother is 17, i knew he was addicted to cigs, but now hes doing hard core drugs. My parents have tried boarding school, he got expelled. We moved to a different city, he made new friends. Now we are looking for a good facility he can spend the year at, but we also want him to continue his education. He is not willing to go, so are there any facilities that can make him go by force.
